Track shipment

Will the courier bring a transport label?

If you ship with DPD or Toptrans, the courier will bring you a transport label. If you ship via UPS, TNT, or FedEx, you will receive a transport label in the e-mail, which you should print.

What if I don’t have the possibility to print a label?

You should print the label. In extreme cases, if there is no opportunity to do so, you can fill in the courier’s documents, but at your own risk. We don’t take responsibility for incorrect completion.

Should I attach a label to the shipment?

You don’t have to do so. Just give the label to the courier, and he will fix it with a special non-waterproof foil in order label not to be damaged.

Should I write addresses on the shipment?

You shouldn’t write anything on the box. The transport label, brought by a courier or printed by you, will have all the necessary delivery information.
