How will I get a driver’s phone number?
We are sorry, we don’t provide customers with the drivers’ phone numbers. The reason is that no one calls him while driving, and the delivery time will not be prolonged.
At what time will my shipment be picked up?
While ordering transportation by DPD, you’ll get an SMS with the pickup time. UPS and TNT pick packages up between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. and between 1-4 p.m. if you are in Prague. Pickup time can differ in some locations.
Will you pick the parcel up at my address or should I bring it to your office?
We offer a standard pickup option at your address, but you can bring the package to the carrier’s depo with documents, which we will provide.
Will you pick the parcel up today?
If you order transportation in the morning, UPS and TNT carriers will pick it up on the same day. If you’re in Prague, these carriers offer pickup in the afternoon so that you can create orders later but before 4 p.m.
When should I order transportation for a parcel to be picked up today?
We recommend you create an order before 11 a.m. if you ship with TNT and UPS. In the case of transporting by TOPTRANS – before 8:30 a.m.
Will the courier help me to carry the shipment?
It depends on the arrangement with the concrete courier. If he has time, he will surely help you.
Will the courier contact me before the pickup of the shipment?
Couriers do not have to contact the sender by phone, but they usually call them to agree on the details of picking up.
