Will the recipient pay any customs?
If the customs office will calculate the customs, then yes. It is calculated from the value of goods and postage price.
What amount will the recipient pay?
The country’s customs office decides the sum of customs to be paid. We cannot determine it in advance.
Should I arrange customs documents?
You shouldn’t. We will provide you with all the necessary documents for the customs clearance procedure and send them to your e-mail.
Can I pay the customs instead of the recipient?
Unfortunately, no. The recipient always pays customs before delivery.
What is an EORI number?
EORI serves as an identifier of the economic operators for communication with the customs authorities. It is included in the Agreement on Indirect Representation, which is filled in for consignments outside the EU with a value exceeding 1000 EUR (including postage). You can find the application for an EORI number on the website of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic.
Will you issue us an Export Accompanying Document / Single Administrative Document?
Yes, if the shipment will cost more than 25,000 CZK with the postage, or if you request it in advance (for example, in comments to the order).
