Is it possible to order a Cash on delivery?

Sure, it is possible to use a Cash on delivery service while shipping within the Czech Republic via a DPD carrier. Money then will be paid to your bank account.

Is it possible to use a Cash on delivery service while shipping abroad?

We do not support Cash on delivery services abroad.

Can the recipient pay for the Cash on delivery by a credit card?

Yes, the recipient can pay for Cash on delivery by cash or by card. During the epidemics, however, we recommend paying by card.

When will the money be paid?

We pay Cash on delivery every Thursday after getting money from the carrier.
