The shipment is damaged. How to make complaints?

Report the complaint without postponement at our e-mail: reklamace@balikdozahranici.cz. We will require you to fill in all the necessary information about the shipping and give you an answer within 30 days. Please, save the packing material if the shipment has been damaged due to the possible inspection. 

What will I need to claim?

If the shipment has been damaged, you need to send an invoice or affidavit with the price of goods, photos of the damaged shipment, the way, and the sum of damaging ad information on the packing method. If the package was lost, send us the description of the packing method and goods inside the shipment, invoice, and photos of goods, if you have any. In the case of late delivery of express packages, we will need the order number.

When will the complaint be finished?

We will inform you about the complaint results within 30 days after sending us all the necessary information.

Should I save a packing material?

Yes, save it for the possible complaint inspection.
