Can I pay by credit card while picking up?

Unfortunately, the delivery is paid before picking the parcel up by bank transfer, credit card.

Can I pay the courier in cash?

Payment by cash to courier is not possible. The order should be paid before the picking up during the creation of the order. If the company orders the shipping, it is possible to pay on invoice with a 14-day maturity (the maturity can be extended on the agreement).

Is it possible for the recipient to pay for the transportation?

Both sender and recipient can pay for the service. Payment is the last step in creating the order. We will arrange the pickup after the payment.

How can I pay for the order?

The postage should be paid by a credit card, bank transfer, or via the CSOB payment gateway before the pickup. We will plan the pickup after payment. You can pay on invoice with a 14-day maturity if you order as a company.
