Is it possible to cancel the order which has been already paid?

It is possible, send us an e-mail or contact us by phone.

Will I get my money back?

The money will be returned to your bank account within 14 days of payment.

I sent a package, but I need to return it. Is it possible?

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop the shipment if it is on its way to the recipient. We solved a similar problem once, and we succeeded in returning the package. Anyway, try to contact our customer service as soon as possible, if you are in this situation.

The recipient refuses to take a parcel. Will it be returned?

If the recipient will not take the shipment, it will be automatically returned on his costs.

Will I be charged the returning way?

If the shipment is returned for proper reasons, the shipper should pay for the delivery according to our terms and conditions.
