Can I create an order for several items at once?

Yes. You should select an “Add a package” option in the order form.

Where can I track my parcel?

You can track a shipment on the carrier’s website in the “Parcel Tracking” section. Filling a tracking number is enough to find out its location.

Can I order as an individual customer, not as a company?

Sure! We offer services not just for companies but for individuals also.

Can I ship from another country?

We are sorry, we do not offer this service. We ship from the Czech Republic to other countries worldwide, and we also offer imports from other countries to the Czech Republic.

Do you ship packages only or letters also?

We ship not only packages but also express letters, pallets, or boxes.

I have different pickup and billing addresses. Will it be a problem?

You can fill in both addresses in the order form – pickup and billing addresses can be different.
