Can I create an order for several items at once?
Yes. You should select an “Add a package” option in the order form.
Where can I track my parcel?
You can track a shipment on the carrier’s website in the “Parcel Tracking” section. Filling a tracking number is enough to find out its location.
Can I order as an individual customer, not as a company?
Can I ship from another country?
Do you ship packages only or letters also?
I have different pickup and billing addresses. Will it be a problem?
