How can I change the delivery address?

Please, always send us an e-mail with the number of your order informing us about whatever change in the delivery address. We will be happy to help you.

What happens if I am absent on the delivery day?

We can plan the pickup on another day, or you can move the delivery time if sending with UPS or TNT.

The driver missed me. When will you deliver the shipment?

There are three attempts to deliver the shipment. If we do not deliver the shipment, delivery will automatically take place the next working day.

How long will it take to deliver the shipment?

Delivery depends on the type of carrier you choose while creating an order. Express delivery lasts one working day. Standard delivery takes 4-6 working days.

Where will the shipment be delivered – to the recipient or the collecting point?

Shipments are always delivered at the recipient’s address, so he doesn’t have to go anywhere to pick them up.

Will I be informed about the delivery of the shipment?

Yes. The carrier will notify you. Thanks to the special tracking number received after the order are created, you can also track your shipment.

Do you deliver parcels to the P.O. boxes?

No, we do not deliver to the Post Office boxes. According to our rules, the shipment should be delivered to the recipient’s hands.

Can I change the recipient’s address?

Yes. We ask you to inform us by e-mail. Don’t forget to mention your order number.

Do you also deliver shipments during the weekend?

We don’t ship during the weekends. The delivery always takes place on the working days. It also applies to the shipments’ pickup. The order will be processed on the next working day.

Do you deliver parcels during the holidays?

We are sorry, we don’t deliver parcels during holidays. The pickup and delivery always take place on the working days.
